With a career in the superyacht industry since 2007, Bec has travelled the world, but starting VP has been her most exciting journey yet. When she’s not at her desk, you’ll find her outside adventuring with her little boy, diving with her partner, or enjoying a magical sunrise at the beach.
Bec is driven by her passion to create a company that cultivates growth and promotes a balanced lifestyle.

Meet Dom, co-founder of Virtual Pursers, born and raised in the stunning landscapes of South Africa. Always ready for an adventure, Dom thrives on running, cycling, and swimming.
Bringing Virtual Pursers to life has been an incredible journey for her, with the goal of diversifying the industry through smart, innovative solutions. Dom is passionate about fostering a positive, flexible, and enjoyable work environment for both clients and the team.

Introducing our resident Tech Guru, Bronwyn! Hailing from sunny South Africa, Bronwyn is our go-to team superstar with a natural talent for all things tech. Since day one, she’s been dedicated, focused, and calm under pressure, handling every challenge with skill and a smile.
When she’s not effortlessly managing tasks, you’ll find Bronwyn running, discovering new music, or crafting beautiful furniture.
Emma Bainbridge

Meet Emma, the bubbliest and brightest member of the team! With many wonderful years in the industry, Emma has built lasting relationships and spreads her infectious energy wherever she goes.
When she’s not brightening the VP office and effortlessly managing her admin duties from home in the UK, you’ll find her doing handstands on the beach, paddleboarding, or caring for her husband and being a supermom to her two kids.
Elbé Lambrechts

Introducing Elbé, our South African multi-tasking extraordinaire! With years of experience working on prestigious yachts, Elbé has perfected her skills and now brings her expertise and dedication to Virtual Pursers, managing tasks with effortless finesse and flair.
When she’s not navigating the virtual seas of maritime administration, you’ll find her galloping through fields on horseback, embracing the thrill and freedom of the ride.
Alexandra Williams

Meet Alex, our kiwi Purser Specialist! With over seven years of yachting experience, she brings a keen eye for detail, dedication, and precision to every task, ensuring seamless operations.
When she’s not at work, Alex enjoys the stunning landscapes of Taupō, New Zealand. You’ll often find her hiking, mountain biking, or perfecting her golf swing.
Bronwyn Jardine

Meet Bron, a widely adored member of the Virtual Pursers’ family! Hailing from Cape Town, she’s been in yachting since 2015, bringing dedication, expertise, and genuine care to our team.
Off duty, Bron loves adventures with her husband and daughter or wine tasting at Cape Town’s hidden vineyards. Her passion and skills make her an invaluable asset in keeping operations smooth, and we’re thrilled to have her on board.
